We ONLY do exchanges and store credit refunds.
NO CASH BACK.

We do this for a very important reason: We are not WALMART. We don't allow you to use us as a fitting room.

The crusty items you send back covered in cat hair and terrible perfume are useless to us. We DO NOT resell previously worn items, meaning the clothing you return to us is NOT resold.

We do this for quality purposes to ensure each customer receives fresh, unused, unworn items. We don't care how perfectly clean you claim it is.
